The Tuaba is Vattea's most sculptural handmade flower earring — a large, three-dimensional 24-karat gold-plated brass bloom with softly curling petals, at the center of which a small fan of hand-stitched, naturally starched cotton thread in soft lilac, red or tangerine orange peeks through. Inspired by the tropical flowers of Colombia, each piece is shaped and finished entirely by hand in Medellín. A wearable work of ethical, sustainable artisan jewelry that is equal parts bold and beautiful.
